Electric vehicles are arriving in Bangladesh faster than the infrastructure that supports them.

We mapped public charge points across Dhaka and Chattogram and found the real problem is not count — it is uptime.

Workshops are the second bottleneck. High-voltage training is rare, and most independent garages will not touch a pack.

The next two years will decide whether EV ownership here is genuinely practical or remains a second-car luxury.
